The Samaritan College Band Programme is a wonderful opportunity for students to learn & grow in a
musical environment - where they not only develop techniques on their chosen instrument -
but also teamwork, communication, flexibility, resilience and an overarching sense of fun!

In 2025 - for the eighth consecutive year - Stormfront created & delivered this exciting runaway success!

Students learn Flute, Clarinet, Alto Saxophone, Guitar, Bass Guitar, Drums and Percussion, with opportunities to
also play Keyboard, Ukulele and Sing, enjoying a diverse repertoire and performance opportunities during the year.

In 2025 our Band's main performance focus was the triennual "Samaritan Spectacular" event at
Middleback Arts Centre, with members also participating in a host of other great performances &
opportunities including the rampagingly successful "Samaritan Shines" and McHappy Day.

Staging an entirely new & extended Setlist this year (after only completing our '24 "Spectacular" duties 12 months ago)
was a huge challenge for everyone - but in the end our Team made Superstardom look easy!

Defying the threat of rain that nearly ended the day before it began, an all-star
Cast of Guest Performers joined our amazing Bands for a brilliant evening's entertainment!
