Stormfront Productions was proud to continue its association with Port Augusta "School Of The Air" in 2025!
Following on from our "best-ever" 2024 year, in 2025 Stormfront continued working
weekly providing Online, and along-the-way Face-To-Face lessons to kids living as far away as the NT border!
"School Of The Air" is an iconic and simply unique service -
famous all over the world as being "The biggest classroom in the world!"
Our 2025 SOTA Music Programme is our the biggest yet with a record enrolment!
Our '25 year began with Face-to-Face lessons in February in Port Augusta -
what a great start to our Piano year and a chance to meet
all our new students from stations, farms and far away!
We also conducted two amazingly fun & energetic Bucket Drumming Workshops
covering the entire 2025 SOTA class - with many kids remembering heaps from their workshops
with us last year in Leigh Creek, enabling them to make even more progress this year!
In March our second round of Port Augusta Face-to-Face lessons saw every student
demonstrating enormous growth & improvement in a really fun day of work!
A huge THANK YOU to Miss Stringer for acting as our "Gatekeeper" -
bringing our kids in & out of Campus for the after hours lessons!
As May turned into December what a wonderful whirlwind ride we had this year -
with many long-term students showing amazing progress.
Meanwhile several brand new students gained the opportunity to start-up in Term 4,
and WOW how well did these kids do with a late start!
Saturday December 6th saw us all come together in Port Augusta for our final
Get Together - including our starry Piano Recital performance for the whole SOTA community.
WHAT a great year - we hope to see SOTA again in 2026!
