On Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th of April 2015 a fantastic bunch of young musicians
attended the I.R.I.S SONGWRITING WORKSHOP hosted by Stormfront Productions
at D'faces Of Youth Arts - Whyalla as part of “National Youth Week".
Our interactive MUSIC WORKSHOP covered all aspects of
Songwriting - including how to get started, brainstorming ideas, rhyming and structure
and very importantly how to collaborate with others.
Other aspects covered during the 2 day Workshop included
Vocal Warm-ups & Recording Studio microphone techniques.
Attendees from Whyalla and Port Augusta
participated in the workshop and by the end of the weekend
had written and recorded a fantastic positive song
called "DETERMINATION".
